PICK OF THE FORTNIGHT
Live out a harrowing week in your mutating apartment after being vomited on at a party. A wonderful body horror experience with a great atmosphere and fun combat.
OTHER PICKS THIS FORTNIGHT
From L to R, top to bottom: Time of Death, Tego Dego Present, Kevin(1997-2077), L O S T N O S T A L G I A, PROJECT AMBROSIA, Damocles
Time of Death by MaskoMT: A walking simulator chock-full of surprises and easter eggs. Some are fun, some are spooky. Jump scare warning, I suppose.
Tego Dego Present by Adriaan Odendaal: A lovely point and click adventure in which you must collect items to save or doom the future mother of humanity.
Kevin(1997-2077) by KevinDu: Decipher a language in order to follow the saga of Kevin, from the events that shaped him to his deepest thoughts.
L O S T N O S T A L G I A by MoonMuse Studio: In this cooperative game, players help each other recover their memories by taking photographs of objects in a vaporwave landscape.
PROJECT AMBROSIA by Nectar: A demo for a surreal adventure game featuring platforming, fetch quests and plenty of bizarre humour. Will there be more in the future? We'll see.
Damocles by DOSMan Games: A hand-drawn fast-paced FPS with a very cool aesthetic that conjures up body horror imagery.
